Helping others find their path to healing and growth is truly rewarding. I’m passionate about guiding my clients through life’s challenges and seeing them gain confidence, insight, and resilience along the way.

About Me:

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida with over a decade of experience in the counseling field. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, I have over 20 years of experience in nonprofit work, which has shaped my understanding of community and individual support.

My Approach:

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My client-focused touch allows me to tailor sessions to the unique needs of each individual. My goal is to create a supportive, empathetic environment where clients feel empowered to work through their struggles.

I work primarily with women, addressing a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief and loss, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. Whether you’re looking to navigate life transitions or develop healthier coping strategies, I’m here to help.

Personal Interests:

Outside of my practice, I enjoy staying active and being outdoors. I love gardening, going on hikes, playing kickball with the kids, and spending quality time with family. I’m also passionate about reading, art, and caring for my pets. These activities keep me grounded and balanced, allowing me to bring my best self to my clients.

Podcasting Journey:

I’m also the co-host of the Wicked Psychotherapists podcast, where I explore the psychological layers of characters in movies and shows, offering insights through a mental health lens. It’s a fun way to discuss mental health topics in a relatable and engaging way. You can find the podcast wherever you listen to podcasts, with new episodes released weekly.
